For pilots

The registration form for guests wishing to arrive by aircraft at the Nowy Targ Air Show will be published shortly.

On 4–6 July, ATZ and TRA55 will be active. Radio contact with Nowy Targ Radio 122.305 is mandatory.

We recommend filing a flight plan and entering REMARKS – "NOWY TARG AIRSHOW" — a NOTAM will apply for entry to ATZ EPNT.

Arrival / departure is permitted during the following hours:

• Saturday — from 0800 LT to 1200 LT
• Sunday — from 0800 LT to 1100 LT and from 17:30 LT.

In exceptional circumstances, flight operations outside these hours may be arranged with the flying display director and the air show director. On the airfield, AVGAS 100LL and AKI93 refuelling is available — WARTER AVIATION station.

Please remember to bring tie-down stakes and other tie-down gear. The aeroclub does not provide hangar space.

After landing, the pilot and crew will receive ID passes authorising access to airside and landside. During the event you may not stay with the aircraft.

After the aircraft is secured, crew and pilot will be asked to proceed to the spectator area. High-visibility vests are mandatory when moving on the airport operational area.
