Online arrival registration has ended.

On 4–5 July, ATZ and TRA55 will be active. Radio contact with Nowy Targ Radio 122.305 is mandatory.

We recommend filing a flight plan and entering REMARKS – "NOWY TARG AIRSHOW" — a NOTAM will apply for entry to ATZ EPNT.

During approach, taxi and engine start, please keep radio transmissions to a minimum.

ARRIVALS:

• Saturday — from 0800 LT to 1230 LT
• Sunday — from 0800 LT to 1130 LT

DEPARTURES:

• Saturday — 15:00–16:00 LT / 17:30–18:30 LT
• Sunday — 15:00–15:45LT / 17:30–18:15 LT / 20:00 LT

IMPORTANT:

You may only be present on the operational apron 30 minutes before your planned departure in order to prepare for the flight. Security will admit pilots to the operational area 30 minutes before the planned break.

On the airfield, AVGAS 100LL refuelling is available (limited quantity, prior arrangement required) as well as AKI93 — WARTER AVIATION station.

Please remember to bring tie-down stakes and other tie-down gear. The aeroclub does not provide hangar space.

After landing, the pilot and crew will receive wristbands granting access to airside and landside. During the event you may not stay with the aircraft.

After the aircraft is secured, crew and pilot will be asked to proceed to the spectator area. High-visibility vests are mandatory when moving on the airport operational area.
